Argentina Summer course on Fair Transition and Green Jobs

This training is proposed by the ILO, the PAGE Programme and the Interdisciplinary School of Higher Social Studies (EIDAES) of the National University of San Martín (UNSAM).

It is a self-managed online training, with tutor support and university certification.

By definition, collective bargaining is a formal social dialogue with a formal agreement. As a result, this e-course provides an innovative tool at the interface of environmental transition and International Labour Standards through improving quality institutions at the heart of labour relations. The concept of Just Transition can ensure that workers are protected during the transition to greener business models, including training in professional skills to transition to the new occupations, protection against eventual loss of income and jobs related to the green transition as well as. In this way, collective bargaining can be a powerful driving force for transition to formality.
